Services Provided We manage digital marketing campaigns for clients, including advertising on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Management includes campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization. The advertising budget is separate and paid directly to the platform.
No Guarantees We do not guarantee results. Campaign outcomes depend on platform algorithms, market conditions, and your engagement. No refunds are provided for services rendered.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Management fees renew automatically every 30 days.
- To cancel, you must notify us at least 14 days before the next billing date via contact@socialsaleshub.com. Late cancellation notices will result in another month’s charge.
- Payment is due in advance and processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and lawful.
- Comply with applicable laws, including A2P regulations for messaging.
- Maintain secure access to your accounts and credentials.
- Approve ad content as required to comply with platform rules.
Platform Limitations
- We are not affiliated with any third-party advertising platforms.
- We have no control over platform guidelines, rules, or account decisions.
- If a platform suspends your page or account, we are not liable for platform actions. We will assist with appeals and alternative marketing strategies.
Use of Your Information - By using our services, you consent to receive communications, including: Emails, phone calls, and SMS related to campaigns, updates, or marketing.
- Sharing limited information with third-party platforms to manage campaigns.
Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Platform account suspensions or restrictions.
- Market conditions or user behavior affecting campaign performance.
- Third-party service outages or technical issues.
Termination We may terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Payment is not received.
- Platform policies prevent service delivery.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes must be resolved in Colorado courts.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
